The Eastern Oregon Coordinated Care Organization (EOCCO) The EOCCO was established to ensure Oregon Health Plan (OHP) members living in Eastern Oregon have access to affordable, high-quality care to help them to better health and wellness. EOCCO works with local hospitals, providers, public health, county governments, and other community partners to ensure they can provide the best care possible. They help by registering care, explaining doctor plans, sending calendar reminders, coordinating with multiple providers, and helping members set goals for healthier living.
Working together, they help ensure people living in Eastern Oregon have access to the best care available.
EOCCO was the first website project I worked for Moda. It is a bifurcated site that serves both members and providers. I built new pages using existing brand guidelines, edited existing pages, made sure living documents were replaced on a regular basis, and managed their ever-growing media libraries.
I helped redesign the Community Advisory Council section of the site when the required postings of the monthly meeting minutes of 12 counties grew unwieldy.
