    Your registration by mail is complete when the completed registration form and check are received at the ICON Offices. Please plan ahead to allow for transportation of the mail to us to take advantage of our special price break deadlines as shown above.
  1. Registration Confirmation

    For online registrations, immediate e-mail confirmation will be sent. Registrations sent by mail will receive an e-mail confirmation within 10 days of receiving your payment and completed registration form. If payment is not included with the registration form, your request to register can not be completed. If you do not receive confirmation within these time frames, please call 1-800-799-6368 or e-mail us at admin@theillustrationconference.org
  2. Cancellation Policy

    There will be a $100 fee for cancellations prior to May 1. Cancellations between May 2 and June 1 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after June 2nd.
  3. Hotel Registration

    We have negotiated a special room price of $179/night and a special student rate of $165/night. Room rates are good for one week before and one week after the conference. Learn more here.
